Classes are held at the following times:

Monday 6.30 - 8.00 Beginners/Improvers junior school age + (till 8.30 by invitation)

Tuesday 5-6 young Beginners infant school age

Tuesday 6-9 Squads

Wednesday 5-6.30 Improvers

Thursday 6-9 Squads

Saturday 10.00 - 11.30 Beginners and Improvers all ages

Saturday 10.30 - 2.15 Squads  

People new to the club should come along on Wednesdays at 5 to see Tania,  Saturday at 10.00 to see Karen or Mondays at 6.30 to see Phil.

Other classes at the club include: Karate on Wednesdays 6.30 to 8.30                    and Cheerleading on Sundays 5.00 to 8.00. Just pop down at the start of session.
